Black & White Party December 2006
Well THESE are a long time coming LOL! My Lisa (in comments she's "Your Lisa") and her friends threw a Black & White party late December. This was about the time I started contemplating switching from my Nikon to Canon for low-light stuff which delayed me in processing the images because I really wanted my new Canon 5D to take them LOL. So, here are a few; the rest can be seen on my website in CLIENT PROOFING by using the password "blackandwhite". Although, they're bad files because I sized them wrong and have to redo them but you'll have to be patient because I have other editing to do. heehee
Q: Would YOU like hire a professional photographer to document YOUR party? If not, why (is it because you don't want incriminating proof of your actions teehee)?

YAY!!!!!!! I highly recommend hiring a photographer to take shots of your party! Well, LRH was a guest and not "hired", but I pay her in other ways...
And not that this needs to be mentioned, but these were non-alcoholic drinks, in case anyone sees someone they know ;)
That is a great idea!! I love the idea of a black and white party... what fun!
Perhaps someday when the money trains rolls by.
I have always wanted to go to a nice party where everyone EVERYONE dresses up and drinks punch from party martini glasses......so very grown up.
I want to own a party dress and wear it often!!!
That is my new social goal. Have a dress up party.
Lisa, funny you should mention seeing someone I know. There in the middle I saw quite the debonair bachelor Stephen my sister's brother-in-law. And it is good to know that he is sipping on a nice Mormon boy champagne at your fancy party!
The client proofing gallery is now fixed and ready for viewing... use password "blackandwhite" with no spaces. Contact Lisa for ordering instructions.
Don't you think a James Bond Party would be awesome?
Come dressed up in your favorite JB tuxedo/JB girl dress?
have Mormon Martini's, shaken not stirred of course.
ooohhhhh, I have an idea a- brewin'
ok .. i LOVE the complete spectrum of dress at this party. It's fabulous. Also, i'm in total love with the chick with the dark hair standing by the fridge. Not that I am in love with her, but that hair is so amazing that I've never wanted to possess anything more so. Except I'm kind of a little too old to do hair like that anymore, but it is the kind that i used to CRAVE. ok i'm done now.
fab pics.
cheers!
I'm loving the black and white party idea too! Looks like a fun party. I would hire a photog for that James Bond party, for sure!
what a fun party!
btw...what lens were you using?
I would love you to take pictures at my party. We'd have lots of kids and cake and food and laughing and running around. Perfect for black and white, right?
