If you have a LUX 1500 thermostat and can't get it to work,
it might be LOCKED (as mine was).

Press NEXT three times in a row then press HOLD.
Now we are toasty warm (except that the furnace has to run constantly due to the lack of insulation, of course).
What the heck! Who builds a house with no insulation? Can you still add it?

ReplyDeleteThank for so much. I was just trying to reset the clock but inadvertently locked the thermostat. Couldn't figure out what's the problem. Tried resetting, changed the batteries, etc. and nothing worked until I figured the thermostat was locked. Did a google search and you gave me the answer. Thanks!!
